Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were perfect, clean, comfortable, extremely modern, and very 2017 - loved the well-designed touches. However, being located next to the car elevators made early mornings noisy. The service went above and beyond to be friendly and sociable, with the gracious General Manager Gary DeSoiza and the team making us feel very welcome. The location was excellent, close to the subway to Manhattan and an easy walk to neighborhood amenities, though it was a bit out of the way of trendy bars and eateries. The dining experience was nice given the times, offering a range of options in an informal dining area/lobby.
My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated with all the essentials, and impeccably clean. However, the building's air conditioning could get a bit noisy at times. The service was hit or miss—while the staff was quick to respond and accommodate, there were some lapses in knowledge and comfort for the employees. The location was fantastic, near convenient Metro stations, except for those who aren't fans of the Brooklyn area. The dining options were decent but not exceptional. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet, with a surprising spaciousness for NYC. The free breakfast buffet was a lovely extra touch. The service was outstanding, with warm and helpful staff who made plenty of accommodations to ensure a comfortable stay. The location in downtown Brooklyn was perfect for exploring the area by foot and offered easy access to both Brooklyn and Manhattan. The dining experience was basic but good value, providing a satisfying start to the day. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent amenities and a convenient location.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, while clean and with nice amenities, was located in a noisy area with outdated facilities. The service, however, was top-notch with a welcoming and efficient staff. The location was excellent, close to various attractions, but the additional charges were a downside. The dining experience offered healthy choices, though lacking in variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was cozy and clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable night's sleep. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The dining experience was good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel had spacious and pleasant rooms, although they tended to run warm, easily cooled down with the AC. The service was outstanding, making us feel comfortable and welcome. The location was cozy and great for exploring, surrounded by eateries and close to restaurants and subway options. The dining experience was a bonus with tasty Brooklyn bagels. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a convenient location.
